สถานีตำรวจภูธรบ่อผุดมีความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปอย่างโปร่งใส
ยึดถือประโยชน์ส่วนรวมมากกว่าประโยชน์ส่วนตัวไม่มีผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อนสอดคล้องกับนโยบายการพัฒนา
ภาครัฐเพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้ในแผนแม่บทภายใต้ยุทธศาสตร์ชาติประเด็น
(21) การต่อต้านการทุจริตและประพฤติมิชอบ (พ.ศ.2566 – 2580) (ฉบับแก้ไขเพิ่มเติม) ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์ให้หน่วยงานมีการปฏิบัติงานด้วยความโปร่งใสไร้ผลประโยชน์เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐทุกคนไม่รับของขวัญและของกำนัลทุกชนิดจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ (No Gift Policy)
ดังนั้นเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามเจตนารมณ์และสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานทางจริยธรรมของเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐสถานีตำรวจภูธรบ่อผุดจึงขอประกาศเจตนารมณ์ของผู้กำกับการสถานีตำรวจภูธรบ่อผุดและข้าราชการตำรวจทุกนายจะไม่รับของขวัญหรือของกำนัลทุกชนิดจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ (No Gift Policy)ทั้งในขณะก่อนและหลังการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตลอดจนการถือปฏิบัติตามประกาศคณะกรรมการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริต เรื่อง หลักเกณฑ์การรับทรัพย์สินหรือประโยชน์อื่นใดโดยธรรมจรรยาของเจ้าพนักงาน
ของรัฐ พ.ศ. 2563 เพื่อร่วมกันสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรและค่านิยมสุจริตในการปฏิบัติงาน
ไม่ยอมรับระบบอุปถัมภ์ หลีกเลี่ยงการกระทำอันอาจมีผลต่อดุลยพินิจหรือการตัดสินใจในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่
ซึ่งนำไปสู่การเลือกปฏิบัติป้องกันการปฏิบัติหน้าที่อย่างไม่เป็นธรรมและไม่ให้เกิดผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อน
พร้อมทั้งสร้างความเชื่อมั่นต่อประชาชนในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่อย่างมีธรรมาภิบาล
จึงประกาศให้ทราบและถือปฏิบัติอย่างเคร่งครัดโดยทั่วกัน
Bophut Police Station is determined to enhancing operational transparency, prioritizing public interest over private benefit, and ensuring the absence of conflicts of interest. This policy is consistent with the public sector development policy and aims to achieve the objectives outlined in the master plan for the national strategy, issue (21): Anti-Corruption and Misconduct (2023-2037) (revised edition). The goal is to ensure that all agencies work transparently and without conflicts of interest, thus all government official shall strictly refrain from accepting any kind of gifts and gratuities from performing duties (No Gift Policy).
Therefore, in order to fulfill this intent and uphold the ethical standards of
Bophut Police Station, hereby declare our commitment of the Superintendent of Bophut Police Station, as well as, all police officers shall refrain from accepting any kind of gifts or gratuities from the performance of their duties (No Gift Policy), whether before, during, or after the performance of duties as well as strictly adherence to the notification of the National Anti-Corruption Commission on the Provisions of the Acceptance of Property or any other Benefits on Ethical Basis by State Officials B.E. 2563 (2020). This commitment aims to collectively foster an organizational culture and values of integrity in the performance of our duties, while rejecting patronage systems. We shall avoid any actions that may influence discretionary judgment or decision-making in the discharge of our responsibilities, which could lead to discrimination or unfair practices. Furthermore, we are dedicated to preventing conflicts of interest and strengthening public trust by performing our duties with good governance.
